Same-sex marriage bills have mixed results

By NICOLE DEBEVEC United Press International If Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie follows through on his pledge and signs a same-sex civil union bill into law, 24 percent of the United States have laws recognizing either civil unions or marriages for partners of the same sex.
