Try Hellsing but most hellsing ultimate OVA
Its the newer one, the remake... its awesome...

soul eater (Not really sex scenes, but the fighting and violence is pretty good)
Naruto the manga, i know you asked for anime and naruto is probably out of the question for you. but the manga has some of the most gruesome fight scenes and stuff i have ever seen... as well as some very crazy nudity scenes. ofcourse the anime didnt show this stuff because of the time slot it was on and due to laws and tv viewing in japan they couldnt...
But yeah soul eater and hellsing ultimate ova for the animes...
